Flight Services International LLC is excited to announce its 2026 hiring classes for Cabin Crew Members to serve on Atlas Air, Inc. charter passenger flights. As a key representative of FSI, you will have the opportunity to operate both domestic and international flights, exploring diverse destinations such as Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who will prioritize the safety, comfort, and well-being of our guests on every flight. Ideal candidates will exhibit excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, adapting seamlessly to changing schedules.
All selected candidates will undergo the required Company and FAA training program. No prior flight attendant experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for those wishing to begin their aviation career!
Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers on board.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability by reporting for duty as scheduled.
- Maintain a high level of technical competence and comply with relevant rules and regulations.
- Assist guests during boarding and conduct safety and emergency briefings.
- Provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests throughout the flight.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
- Fluent in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.
- Willingness to complete the In-Flight Training Program, including Initial and Annual Continuing Education.
- Vision corrected to 20/20.
- At least two years of customer service experience or equivalent.
- Willing to relocate as necessary for the role.
- Able to operate all emergency exits and onboard equipment safely.
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds and pushing beverage carts weighing 250 pounds or more.
- Must reach overhead 70 inches without shoes (specific to airplane specifications).
- Able to stand for extended periods with minimal rest.
- Available to be away from home for up to 21 consecutive days, including weekends and holidays.
- Must possess a valid passport for international travel.
- Willing to obtain necessary visas and immunizations for travel destinations.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a background check, pre-employment drug test, and criminal history checks.
- Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application.
