The First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania (FCFP) is seeking a Director of Communications to lead marketing and communication efforts that strengthen the organization’s reputation and engage diverse audiences. Reporting directly to the President, this senior leadership role oversees FCFP’s public image, brand messaging, storytelling, and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the Foundation’s mission and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate brings leadership and vision to marketing strategy development, along with creativity and innovation in campaign planning and content creation. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential, as are excellent interpersonal and networking abilities. Familiarity with analytics, search optimization, content management systems, and design tools is preferred. Five or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience are required.
