Graphic Products has built its success on engaged, high-performing employees—and we’re looking for a Human Resources Director to help us keep that tradition strong. In this role, you’ll lead and actively perform the core duties of our close-knit HR team, managing all aspects of daily operations—from payroll and benefits administration to recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who’s passionate about supporting people and driving organizational goals while fostering a collaborative, compliant, and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interacts directly with partners, managers, and employees
  • Aligns HR policies and practices with the strategic needs of the business, per partner direction
  • Handles employee relations, including sensitive issues and escalations
  • Bi-monthly payroll
  • Health benefit administration, life insurance, time off accruals, 401k, worker compensation, FMLA/OFLA, PLO, COBRA, and other benefit programs
  • Mandatory reporting (EEO-1, Payroll Audits, Medicare Disclosure Notice, ACA Reporting, OSHA reporting, 5500’s, 1095-C, E-Verify, etc.).
  • HR reporting, and policy creation in coordination with Legal
  • Recruitment (including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer coordination)
  • Conducts compensation research to support pay band development
  • Ensures HR compliance and prepares required reporting
  • Onboarding & offboarding processes
  • Administers employee records and maintains personnel files
  • Assists with event planning and compliance tracking

Administrative Support:

  • Filing, data entry, scheduling, and document preparation
  • Maintains organized and confidential personnel files
  • Prepares documentation and tracking for compliance and audits
  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations for all HR functions, including employee statistics for government reporting and audits

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or five years of related experience.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • Notary certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Salary Range: $118,000 to $132,000/year
