Job Skills / Requirements

Northeast Security is seeking a few Shift Managers for one of our premier accounts in the Boston, MA area.

• Must be available to be on call 24/7. Work schedule may include evenings, night shifts, weekends, and holidays as determined and scheduled annually.
• Clean drivers license with at least three years of driving history in MA.

WAGE/SALARY: $31.00 per hour

SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, varying days and hours based on needs; candidate must have open availability for first shift, second shift, or overnight shifts.

Qualification Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelors degree preferred

Language Skills
The individual must read, write, and speak effectively regarding company policy, safety rules, procedural manuals, reports and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience

• 8 years of security experience
• 3 years supervisory experience
• 1 year scheduling and administration experience
• 12 months continual assignment time at the Prudential Center Account (internal candidates only)

Reasoning Ability : Must apply common sense and handle multiple issues simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Certifications / Licenses

• CPR/FA
• CORE (within 120 days of employment)
• MOAB
