Board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon sought for a full-time outpatient practice and surgical center in Edina, MN to perform a broad range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. Role involves patient consultations, individualized treatment planning, collaboration with multidisciplinary clinical teams, shared on-call rotation, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards. Edina Plastic Surgery provides the most comprehensive and experienced surgical and support team in the Minneapolis area. Each physician at Edina Plastic Surgery is board-certified with decades of practice experience. Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join a well-established, patient-focused practice in Edina, MN. This role offers the opportunity to perform a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures in a modern, well-equipped surgical environment while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team. Position Details • Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours per week • Hours: Monday-Friday • Call: Shared call coverage on a scheduled rotation • Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic and surgical center
Key Responsibilities • Perform cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures, including: o Facial procedures (facelifts, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, etc.) o Breast procedures (augmentation, reduction, reconstruction) o Body contouring procedures (liposuction, abdominoplasty, body lifts) o Non-surgical aesthetic treatments, as applicable • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans • Collaborate with surgeons, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff • Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
Qualifications • MD degree from an accredited medical school • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery • Active or eligible Minnesota medical license
