Premier Pools & Spas, the nation's largest and fastest growing swimming pool builder, has an opportunity for immediate employment in our Service and Warranty Department for a full time Swimming Pool Technician. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills and be mechanically inclined.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a pool technician
• Proficient with Jandy, Pentair (Sta-Rite), and Hayward pool equipment
• Capable of installing complete equipment systems for new pool construction
• Skilled in diagnosing and repairing:
  • Pumps (single, dual, and variable speed)
  • Filters, heaters, pool sweeps, in-floor systems
  • Salt systems, valves, and plumbing
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical , and water chemistry
• Applicants must have a California Drivers License with a clean driving record, no DUI's. No exceptions.
• Willingness to learn and grow - we can teach and there is room for advancement for the right attitude and work ethic
• A positive team first attitude
• A drive to provide excellent customer service in every interaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanically inclined - Good with hand tools and understanding mechanical process and troubleshooting
• Ability to trouble shoot and use critical thinking to solve problems
• Ability to work on your own in outdoor conditions in various weather conditions.
• Work 40-60 hours a week to include scheduled Saturday rotations during summer season

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Must be able to travel to multiple job sites within the Sacramento area
