Responsibilities
- Conduct 45-minute guided tours on the elevated gallery above the currency production floor
- Explain history, process, and anti-counterfeiting measures in U.S. currency
- Assist visitors with accessibility needs and distribute tour wands or materials
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Respond to visitor questions and provide assistance at information desk and ticket counter
- Maintain cleanliness, monitor supplies, and report issues to SLT/LTG
- Conduct tours for general and specialized audiences
- Maintain readiness of tour materials and equipment
- Serve as backup for PM or TS when necessary
- Enforce tour policies, crowd control, and safety procedures

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident with 3+ years of U.S. residency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong public speaking and customer service skills
- CPR certification (maintained throughout contract period)
- Must pass BEP security clearance
