Job Description & RequirementsCertifications Required:\nBLS, ACLS, NRP, RRT or CRT, ND State License\nMust have NICU experience (no clinical involvement otherwise)\n\nPatient Population:\nNeonatal to geriatric\nLevel II Trauma; NICU, ICU, Surgical, Medical, Cardiac\n\nCoverage Areas:\nAll areas throughout the facility (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, etc.)\n\nEquipment:\nAirvo, PB 840 & 980 vents, Hamilton C1, MR1, V-60 Respironics\n\nShifts:\n0600–1830 or 1800–0630\n\nWeekend/Holiday:\nEvery 3rd weekend and every 3rd holiday\n\nOrientation:\n3 shifts of 12 hours\n\nAdditional Notes:\nRTs work independently, make clinical judgments, and collaborate closely with physicians. Supportive, respectful team environment.\n\nRadius Rule:\n50 miles. Candidates cannot be FT/PT/PRN with any CommonSpirit facility (including CHI/Dignity).\n\nRTO:\nMust be submitted upfront (≤7 days per 13-week contract). No additional RTO approved after submission.
